KAMP Robotics

A hands-on robotics program for students in grades 4–8.

At The Kamp Robotics Club, students design, build, and program robots while working in teams to solve real-world challenges. 


Our club blends beginner-friendly coding, engineering design, teamwork, and competition—building curiosity, confidence, and technical skills that last.

Details

 Grade Levels: 4th–8th grade


Days & Times: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

(6:15- 7:30 pm)


Start/End Dates: 

Session: January 12- February 19


Location: Bowie, MD 20715


 

  • Class Size: Small groups (5-8 students per team) to maximize hands-on time and mentorship  


  • Materials Provided: LEGO robotics kits, Micro:bits, block-coding platform, sensors & motors, laptops/tablets 

 

  • Cost / Scholarships: Sliding scale & scholarships available—contact us for details

 Our instructors have backgrounds in coding, engineering, and STEM education and are passionate about helping students become innovators.

  • Showcase their projects in a final club competition and demo day
