football and WEIGHT Training

What we offer

We provide comprehensive football development training tailored to players of all skill levels. Our customized programs are designed to strengthen each athlete’s abilities while addressing specific areas for improvement. 


We offer positional training for running backs (RBs), wide receivers (WRs), tight ends (TEs), linebackers (LBs), and defensive backs (DBs).

How?

 For first-time players, we focus on teaching fundamental skills and proper technique to help them build a strong foundation. 


For more experienced athletes, we expand on existing skills with advanced drills that translate directly to in-game performance. 


Every drill is purposeful and designed to reflect real football situations. 

Weight Training - Ages 14 AND UP

No matter what sport your player decides to play in high school, whether it is baseball, football, or rugby, they will have to be in the weight room!  


So why not get an early start? 


Weight training helps prevent 74 percent of severe upper-body injuries and 64 percent of severe lower-body injuries compared to non-lifting athletes. Strength training is a very effective tool for injury prevention for a variety of reasons. Strength training improves the strength of muscles, tendons, ligaments and even our bones.
