 Flight Academy is The Kamp’s signature leadership and personal development program for young men. It combines mentoring, life skills, STEM exploration, athletics, and academic support to help boys grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders. Flight Academy gives students the tools, structure, and experiences they need to “take flight” in school, in life, and in their communities

 Our program is designed to guide young men through the most critical years of their development. Through mentorship, academic support, real-world skills, and a strong focus on leadership and emotional health, we equip them with the tools to succeed in school, work, and life.
